Terms and Service Agreement and Refund Policies.
- At Localicious Eugene, we want you to be fully satisfied with your service. If any mistake has been made on your invoice, please notify us within 3 business days and it will be corrected. Credit will be applied to any future orders or will be taken off the invoice prior to payment, depending on that time that the issue has been reported. All credits need to be used within one year of being applied.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time to anyone.
- Cancelation must occur 48 hours in advance in order not to be charged for missed meal kit and delivery.
- Subscribers who receive reusable containers must return them each week. If consecutive deliveries happen without receiving containers, your kits will then be sent in single use take out containers and you will be charged $3 in addition to cover the price of the packaging
- In the case that your card has declined, you will be issued an email letting you know immediately. Your balance needs to be paid in full within 15 days of your card declining. If your balance is not paid in full within 30 days, all future orders will be cancelled.
